• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
• If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All card-based transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment must be settled upon delivery for COD orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. MELIK is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved returns must be in original, unopened condition. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless found to be defective.
